Regression Therapy


Our unconscious mind is like a Pandora's box. All past traumas and unpleasant feelings and emotions are locked inside this box, as it is too threatening or painful to be acknowledged fully by our conscious mind. All past emotions and memories are embedded in our bodies, minds, and souls. 

 

Traumas belong in the past, but the scars that they leave are deep and sometimes permanent, conditioning our behaviors, thoughts, and worldview in ways we hardly realize. The body, mind, and soul need to learn how to live at present without fearing what already happened.

 

Regression therapy is a therapeutic technique that guides a person to recover memories or events from the past and brings it to consciousness.  The regression could be to periods of womb, infancy, childhood, adulthood, or even periods before the current body was born (past life). Going back in time through hypnotic regression, we release the past emotions, bring new perspective and healing to the present, and unleash the inner strength to create a better future.
